  • UAA Individual Member is required the Membership code to register the meeting.
  • We do not accept a registration only for Gala Dinner.

Payment Method

All payment must be made in Japanese yen.
1) Credit Card
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

2) Online Registration Flow

  1. Please access the online registration system through the button and enter your profile.
  2. URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password.
  3. Please select your registration category and other options.
  4. Please complete payment by credit card.
    * Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment is completed.
  5. Confirmation letter can be printed out when the payment is confirmed.

To change/add registration after fixing on the payment method, please click Registration No. on the menu page of the online system.

Confirmation

The confirmation letter can be printed out through the “On-line Registration” page when you complete the payment.

*NOTE

  • The confirmation letter can be printed as many times as you wish by 22 April, 2018.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk via email.
The amount of refunds depends on the date of cancellation:
-Cancellation received by 20 March 2018: 50%
-Cancellation received after 21 March 2018: No refund
